CDs
- If ordering CDs, please make sure you add $5.00 per set for either Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3
for shipping and handling for North America (US, Canada, and Mexico). For two sets together, the shipping and
handling is $7.00. For three sets, it is $8.00
- For international orders outside North America, the shipping and handling per set
of Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 CDs is $8.00 per set. For two sets together, the shipping and handling
is $12.00. For three sets, it is $16.
- Please note: Your check must be drawn on a US Bank in US dollars or sent as an International Postal Money Order in US dollars.
Tapes
- If ordering tapes, please make sure you add $3.00 per set of Series 1 and $8.00 per set of
Series 2 for shipping and handling for North American (U.S., Canada, and Mexico) orders.
- For international orders outside North America, the shipping and handling per set
of Series 1 is $7.00, and per set of Series 2 is $12.00.
